WHY?
- Our softwares are using Windows security breaches in order to work, having WD enabled will block them from being setup
- Do NOT use any third party software for this purpose (such as Defender Control): WD will not be totally disabled and our software will NOT work
- Do NOT edit the registry: WD will not be totally disabled and our software will NOT work
- Search for gpedit.msc in cortana search bar
- Click on Administrative Templates, then Windows Components, then Windows Defender Antivirus. Finally double click on Disable Windows Defender anti virus.
- Check Enabled, click Apply, then OK.
- Now you can restart your system and windows defender is disabled.
